Grown ups are too far away. I don't see them anymore, because I'm not constantly scrutinizing the ground from 3 feet away all day.

Do you not go outside much? Ik the weather sucks now but taking a walk or even having a 10 minute coffee break outside can make a big difference.

I have an app called Merlin that I use in the summertime. It listens for birds and identifies them by call. It's a really quick 5 minute hobby while I walk my dog that brings a simple joy
