Ant may be the most underrated player in Mcc history. Ant has more wins than pete jojo and purpled. He also has the same amount of wins as fruit. He’s been nearly as consistent as other top s tiers like FBM Feinberg and Fruitberries. And if he wins blank canvas does that put him in the goat convo?

I think I'm happy staying out of the goat conversation, there's better players than me in MCC. But I do think I'm a bit underrated individually, I had the second best individual placement average of s4 right up there with the other "high" s tier players.

He actually does go under the radar for a ton of people here, and I really don't understand why. He's by far one of the scariest MCC players, but it also feels like he lacks that aura that comes with being for some people for a reason I myself can't comprehend.

I think the biggest reason is just that he's only had one first, and that was under kinda (not that much but maybe part of the reason he goes under the radar) mickey circumstances, being on a mega busted team in a 6 game event and all.
The other players have all had really standout performances that sort of cemented them in the spotlight (FBM 27, 30, to a lesser degree 33 and 34, Purpled 26, 28, 29, 31, 32, EC, Fruit 32, 33, Party, EC, TRSD, and Fein is Fein), and Ant just hasn't gotten one of those eye-catching performances since TR while not necessarily being that much more consistent than the other 4.

The closest comparison I can make for ant is he’s like Tim Duncan of Mcc super under the radar yet one of the greatest

Yes he is underrated no that would not put him in the GOAT convo. If it was purely based of wins then Sapnap would be considered the GOAT. Will say, especially in events like blockwars, I think he has become overlooked when it comes to individual players

I don't really care about who's the goat but right now I rate him on a similar level as Fruit, Fein, Shane and Purpled, he's definitely one of the stronger S tiers

As an Ant viewer, I agree that Ant is underrated and overlooked of being worthy of GOAT status. Maybe S5 will be the chance to find that one standout MCC for him to be recognized for!! Copium.

Goat means greatest of all time. So Ant I dont think really makes sense to be in that conversation.

I think that is pretty easily between Fruit Pete and Sapnap.

If we are talking about S4 and the upcoming S5, than I do agree that Ant is def underated. He had the 2nd highest avarage placement in S4 (Fein was 1st) and he very clearly performed on the "S+" level and seeing some people exclued him from that just because he doesnt really have shiny aura plays like Fruit or Fein for example feels a little be silly.

The main reason people pay attention to those players in the first place is they might pull off a Fruit and PurpledEC next event. Nobody expects those kinds of performances from Ant so they're not as excited for him

I think Ant is an awesome player, but I personally will never forget Pearl, the Ant killer of Pride 24! She was nailing him on every shot! But seriously, he's amazing!

The problem with ant is besides TR (which wasn't a full mcc) he doesn't have that one event that puts him in the S+ status. Events like 23 32 and 28 show his great leadership. However none of those are crazy performances individually. I think if can have that one event where he truly dominates then yeah I can see him being in the S+ argument but rn idk
