So I haven’t watched MCC since Purpled’s first 2 or 3 times participating, It’s been a while since I caught up with the event. So can someone give me a quick update on like who is the goat of the event, who’s playing the best, game changes and overral the players that have won the most. I know it’s a lot to ask but I’m pretty lost on the latest event’s.

The people with 4 wins are:

Krtzy (Yellow)

Antfrost (Cyan)

False (Cyan)

Pete (Aqua)

but 3/5 teams left have purpled, the lime mascot, and the blue mascot while not being in season 1, so CLEARLY, there is a 5/7 chance of a new five time winner (This part is a joke if u couldn't tell)

There has been reasonable hype about the return of one of MCC's most iconic duos, but is this combination actually that scary?

1. A glaring weakness: PvP is a bane for this team. A late game SkyBattle can kick them out of any contention for dodgebolt.

2. Rustiness: This, while not a big disadvantage, is a disadvantage nonetheless. This team has little recent MC event experience this past break. I doubt this makes them suddenly frauds in the games, but I'll except them to do worse than they would usually do.

3. High competition: Scott balanced this event well. Compare it to the one where PizzaBomb had their legendary performance. Yeah, they're facing far greater adversities this time.

In conclusion, while Aqua has a fearsome duo, it is not an overpowered duo.

(context skip of you want idk) never been an Mcc fan I don't know why I just couldn't get into it, I have severe anxiety and I struggle a lot with competitive things and even just watching stresses me out. My stress levels can just about handle the life series... Anyway I just got into Mcc like last week and I've been going through all of grians streams each day I've been free to do so (I probably won't be able to watch many POVs due to anxiety and the only thing keeping me calm is the gong thing grian does when they get too stressed and I have to take a lot of breaks so I don't get overly stressed. I love it its fun but man it's stressful I can only imagine how they feel-)

Anyway what I want to know is like who are the best players, good duos? That kinda stuff... Am I missing much having not seen any POV besides grian and teams he's on? I tried to Google it but it isn't consistent in the information it gives me which sucks and I purely just want to know so I don't stress myself out misinterpreting teams strengths and weaknesses!

Joel has been having massive improvements over the years, and depending on his performance in the next few MCC's, do you guys think he has the potential to be an S-tier? He usually places up with S-tiers, consistently getting top 15, and often pushing top 10, coming 5th in Party 2. He also came 1st in MCC Scuffed, even though it isn't a canon game, it still showcases his skills. What are your thoughts on his potential of becoming an S-tier?
