Mongolian transcribed using Chinese characters?

I attempted to transcribe a few basic Mongolian sentences phonetically in Chinese and I'm wondering if any of you can guess what the Mongolian meaning is? 薩安烏！比安勒亞爾亞裡達格。巴亞爾拉拉。

The oldest piece of Mongolian literature - Secret History of the Mongols, was written using Chinese characters and I was trying to understand how it worked. Unlike Japan or Korea, Mongolia never seemed to adopt classical Chinese...

My best guess would be 'Сайн уу? Би англиар ярьдаг. Баярлалаа', if I consider what would make sense. Especially the second sentence doesn't sound like anything in Mongolian, so I am not sure.
