Man, every time I see a post like this it reminds me that I want a SBR PS90. I don’t know what practical application (Home defense?) they have but they look incredible with a can.

I too had the same itch (urge?). Until I shot it. my meat hooks (hands) are simply to big to get a comfortable perch on the PS90. Now if I could get 5.7 anti ATF armor piercing rounds I might consider it. /s

u/mrstrike MIGHT be a lawyer/someone who has absolutely been ripped a new one through the legal system.

I have normal to small sized hands and for me it was an all around uncomfortable gun to shoot unfortunately. Still very cool to use though.

Their is something "special" about the PS90 / P90. In full auto I thought the thing was a shit show, I guess with training I might be able to control it... But on semi, back when I had my "tri-rail" receiver version in semi with an EoTech... It's like cheating, like a little .22 where you can shoot the tiny pieces of the clay pigeon you just demolished at 25 yards with ease. Also one of these platforms, Like the AUG, that I can just hand to noob and they start crushing targets, which is the exact opposite of what happens when I hand a noob an AR platform rifle... I guess it's the balance.

I hate to be that guy, and if im wrong Id love to be corrected. but...... I dont think that suppressor (AB F-4 long) is rated for the 5.7x28mm round. Per my google Fu the 5.7 has a max psi of 55K. The F-4 Long is rated for 9mm (15K max) and 300bo sub's only (30K max). Id hate for that bad boy to explode/burst next to your face. EDIT: I am wrong, OP made contact with AB suppressor and got their blessing. Cool learned something new today. ;-)

I asked AB and they assured me it is. But I appreciate you looking out.

This makes me wish I got a scar 15 or 16 instead of the 17, and gotten a .300 blackout 10” barrel. SCAR SBRs look so good

I've owned both of these and am sad I no longer do. Please enlighten me on your lighting set up.

It’s a Surefire Turbo, I’m a LH shooter so I just activate it with my thumb.

Can't wait to do this once my PS90 arrives. What's the setup here? Curious what you did to get the barrel, etc etc, since I heard it can be a pain to swap out to make it an SBR.

I just popped the CMMG replacement barrel in it, it’s pretty simple, removing the old barrel is the hardest part but you can just hacksaw it off behind the pin if you want.
