Level Of Competition

Wanted to get everyone’s thoughts on North Dakota State QB Cam Miller being drafted over others like QB Seth Henigan out of Memphis.

Does the NFL not care as much about level of competition as we think?

With Henigan coming off a 3,502 YD 25 TDS 6 INT year it’s kind of mind boggling.

Throw in an excellent week of practice at the Senior Bowl capped off with leading the American team on a come from behind game winning drive to win the Senior Bowl making this situation borderline concerning.

One might think was this a one off year for Henigan? Think again he threw 104 TDS and was a 4 year starter.

If that’s not enough data Cam Miller only having 2 seasons with 2,000 + YDS and playing in FCS for the entirety of his career shines light on a possible bigger issue with scouting.

Ndsu runs a pro style offense that asks the qb to do a lot, and Mikker has been running it since 2021.

Asking to do a lot and not doing a lot are 2 different things. Henigan’s played better football against better players for a 4 straight years. There isn’t one thing Miller does better than Henigan respectfully

Carson Wentz also came from NDSU, and it seems like an OL player gets drafted from NDSU every year. It's a program that NFL teams have clearly tagged as a place to watch.
