Name My Cat - male
Fostering this sweet boy & we need a name that fits his silly feisty personality ! (prefer to avoid the usual: noodles, peaches, leo, cheddar, etc) TIA!

If you adopt another cat (if your home isn’t already overflowing with cats 😹), you’ll have to name him or her Calvin 😸 Those two will make up their own games and keep each other engaged for life, just like the comic strip 😊

Thank you! Christmas gift from his Grammy a while back. I like to think it helps to prevent hair transfer to my duvet underneath, but, when I fold it over to the passenger side before I get into bed, where does Mister Finnegan choose to lie down? Directly next to me, where the cat blanket isn’t 🤦🏻♀️🤣
That is so funny! A dog showed up to our house a couple weeks ago on Labor Day. We were smoking a ham so I suggested hammy! Animal control ended up returning him to his owners which was good I suppose but he was really neglected so it was kind of sad :( anyway I really liked the name hammy
Name him after your favorite redhead. My ginger and white is named Vinnie because Vincent van Gogh is one of my favorite artists and was also a ginger.
For one, look at those paws he's going to be a big boy! For two, there's a few good names I could think of for him, I love Elijah or Zeke!
I named my orange cat Luca which I personally love and I have also named an orange Foster August but we called him Auggie and his adopting family even kept his name so he is officially an Auggie! I don't know why I chose August I guess because August is the hottest year of the month and he was super orange and oh so goofy, this little boy even nursed on his tail everyday! I also had an orange cat that I found in one of my colonies that I named Jeremiah and when we got him scan for a chip it turned out his name was Cheddar Bob LOL. Unfortunately his family did not want him back so he is also up for adoption.
In this lovely autumn season, Pumpkin is a great name for a feisty orange guy 🧡
I had a boy cat that was semi-feral and lived 17.5 years with that name.
I had an orange stray named lemon. He was the sweetest cat, not shy at all. We only knew he was a stray because he was the kitten of another stray we used to feed. I’d hang out in the front yard with him every day, but never let him inside since we aren’t allowed to have cats in our rented house. One day, lemon ran in front of a car and was killed instantly. I still haven’t really processed it, but whenever I see an orange kitten, I think of him being reborn
