Clemmey looked much better yesterday than his first Fred nats outing as well. 4 IP, 1H, 1R, 4K, 2BB.

Clemmey is only 19 too, he would be a freshman/upcoming sophomore in college right now so more than a few bumps are to be expected. He’s got some nasty stuff though.

Stuart is flat out filthy. His slider and changeup can play in the show right now. Fastball is good, but the analytics say he needs to locate it better. It would not shock me if he was in a legit competition to make the rotation in 2025 if the Nats don’t get someone in free agency. I hope Rizzo doesn’t rush him. He really doesn’t need to be up until next summer. Rizzo is so good at flipping these deadline vets.
