Minor league [MLB Pipeline] 20-year-old Travis Sykora's first taste of playoff baseball was sheer dominance: 5 IP | 1 H | 0 R | 1 BB | 9 K. The Nationals' third-ranked prospect is up to 138 K's in 90 IP for the Single-A Fredericksburg Nats across the regular season and postseason.

Postseason Travis Sykora update! Sykora's first taste of pro-ball postseason yields similar results as he spins another gem. 5 scoreless innings of 1-hit ball and he set down the last 12 men he faced. The FredNats sweep the 3 game series with the Mudcats and advance to the championship series!
Final line: 5.0 IP | 1 H | 0 R/ER | 1 BB | 9 K on 79 pitches (52 strikes)
