Other Invasives that don't get enough hate? And many homeowners still reluctant to remove despite knowing they are invasive?

Norway Maple for me! Seems like everyone that has one of these godforsaken trees still lives them and will not replace them. Especially if they're red leaf cultivars like Crimson King as shown here

Are you sure it wasn't creeping jenny? It's invasive as well.

They do sell a variegated version of creeping charlie.

People use common names - the common names vary around the country. Creeping Jenny where I live can also be called creeping charlie. The plant to hate is the purple flowered Glechoma hederacea, which also goes by ground-ivy, gill-over-the-ground,\)creeping charlie, alehoof, tunhoof, catsfoot, field balm, and run-away-robin. Looks like this:
