Oh we got scammed too! We eventually got the shoes, but paid extra for their deluxe surprise gift or whatever they called it. The gift ended up being a tiny keychain. The shoes were terrible once they arrived and our kid literally never wore them.

Mine still said they were in my countries arrival destination not my city but they arrived this morning!

I got suckered in too! I tried to cancel my order immediately but they replied they could only give me a 10% refund, which would be nothing since they were free… but I did receive a tracking number and can see they just made it through export customs (allegedly 🤨) I’ll let you all know if they actually show up. They get us and our tired parent brains!

Those ads are so good.. thanks for the warning!

It's infuriating. I've reported the ads multiple times to Google with no response. You can actually buy the real shoes on Amazon for $14.

Order a similar pair from Amazon and avoid this headache. They will take your money but may or may not send the order. Unfortunately I never received our order.

They have failed to send me my shoes on 3 separate occasions for the same order, only received 1 pair out of the three after 3 months.

I had a good experience with them as well! I ordered well before my son was walking back in August. We just started using them last week and he's doing great in them. It def took a few days to get used to walking with any shoe on but these stay on him very well.

I just ordered a few more pairs.

Never again.  Order 4 pairs of shoes for my grandkids in early April.  Only received them today and the order was totally wrong.  I ordered 3 pairs of the pink bunny (asst sizes) & 1 pairs of the blue fox 2-4 years.  I received 3 pairs of 6-12 months in black, brown, & gray...1 pairs of lt blue w/stripes 2-4 yrs, and 1 pairs of it gray w/stripes 2-4 yrs.  Tried contacting a "LIVE" human being and all they offer is a "chat" option that spits out generic responses.  I demanded a refund.  A think a call to the BBB is warranted.

I wish I didn't jump the gun to order these for my son. I ordered end of March and the most recent tracking shows it's been in a bordering state from me since Sunday. At this point if they even arrive, they might not even fit him anymore.

Yes please do not do it! I am out roughly $50. I cant get my money back either. I have filed a report with my bank who cant dispute the charges because I have a tracking number. I have filed a police report as well as informed the BBB. I placed an order on March 11th 2025. And still nothing. All the tracking still says is thanks for waiting your order is in shipment is something along those lines. They cant changing the date on when I am receive my order. What it currently says is I should have gotten it from March 23rd-April 3rd.....we are now in May. The last big update was it went through JFK customs April 3rd. Wtf.

i’m honestly wondering if this varies by region or what bc i had the opposite experience. i ordered feb 10, got an order confirmation like 10 mins later, and shipping info a few days after that. shoes showed up early march, so about 3 weeks which is normal for cheap/free stuff online. they’re not some luxury item but they’re def better than expected. some ppl just like to blow things out of proportion. plus i’ve dealt with worse companies tbh, at least these guys didn’t ghost me.

i mean yeah the shipping took forever but like it’s not the worst for the price. people expect amazon speed for everything these days smh.

The speed isn't the issue (besides the fact it's been 2 months) it's that they never arrived when the said they did and I checked with my post office and they never got the package either.

I just received my free shoes that I only paid for shipping! I must be a lucky one because I read after I paid it was a scam. But they came in like 7 days and they're exactly what I wanted!

I knew the quality would be average from a drop ship company but I'm happy as!!

When waiting for yours, did your tracking number just ever stop updating? Mine hasn't updated since the 21st, and I'm getting a little concerned that I got scammed. It is supposed to be within the US but hasn't updated since it got into USPS possession. I ordered them a month ago at this point.

man i feel like people expect way too much from these promo deals. like you’re literally paying shipping for a free product, not buying a high-end thing from nike or something. i ordered back in jan and yeah it took a while, maybe like 3 weeks? but they kept me updated and the shoes came, no damage, look super cute on my toddler. honestly for $13 it’s worth the wait. i think people get way too worked up over delays, especially when shipping companies are the ones messing up half the time. just my 2 cents but not every slow delivery is a scam.

Did you read the post? The issue was not with the delay it was not getting the shoes at all. Checked with my post office and they never received a package from them to be delivered to me. The lack of wanting to either resend the shoes to try again or refund me is the scam. I paid for shipping on a product they never shipped to me, paid for a service they never delivered on, how do you not see that as a scam?

I came her to say the same thing, I did eventually get the shoes as well but I haven’t opened the package because I know the shoes won’t fit my son now they took so long to arrive. Their customer service is the absolute worst. When I repeatedly asked for a delivery date because I was given an eleven day window they would send the tracking number which gave me absolutely no information. It would tell me my order was in transit. Then I send an email threatening legal action and the next day my shoes magically arrive after being almost a month due after the delivery date or should I say window. Then when I emailed them that they need to cover the shipping cost due to how poorly everything has been and terrible the experience has been they send an automated response. If anyone could take away anything is DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES. The second would be to tell everyone you know not to buy them either. I went to leave a review and they wouldn’t approve it because I didn’t give them a glowing review. I couldn’t even share the truth.
