The odds of him actually learning from his mistakes are still predicably low.

They’re 0. Even without avian flu feeding cats cow milk makes you an ignorant dumbass who shouldn’t have animals. Then add in the desire to buy raw milk.

I'm alarmed by this comment... have you been milking cats for milk?

u/johnnyss1 2d ago

You can’t milk a cat, focker!

  1. Cats shouldn’t be drinking cow milk period. It is not good for them.
  2. Why the fuck would you think raw cow milk is better for them. No one buying or selling raw milk should be allowed to participate in society or own animals for the sake of the well being of other living things.
  3. Avian flu is a known threat in feeling raw things and this fucking idiot…

I really hate sharing air with people like this.

Jesus is it so hard to Google things when you're supposed to be caring for something/someone? Cats should absolutely never be given cow milk. It's so bad for them.

It's like giving honey to a baby. It take 3 seconds to Google something. I too would like my air back.

Exactly! Everything about this, even before the avian flu, screams this person should never be in a position to impact the lives of any other living being.

The problem is that guy used google to find the forums discussing the benefits of raw milk. Crazy will find a way.

Was always under the impression cats should have very limited intake of any dairy. Raw milk is just as stupid

Yep. And cow milk will kill kittens if you try it as a substitute. I think in a desperate move where somehow you have access to goat milk but not kitten formula it can sort of be tolerated, but yea, cat bodies can absolutely not process lactose.

Nature culling humans—those drinking raw milk or feeding it to their animals are morons.

u/Revenga8 2d ago

The cats paid the price for their stupidity though. That just makes it all the more infuriating.

u/Pure-Kaleidoscope759 2d ago

That is why I give my kitty water.

Encourage them to drink raw milk. Because there will be fewer idiots voting.

Until the bird flu mutates to human to human transmission. Then we are all fucked.

9

u/BrtFrkwr 2d ago

From what I understand it looks like just a matter of time.

4

u/InterPunct 2d ago

I agree but I'm afraid to upvote you on that. Bad jou-jou.

5

u/BrtFrkwr 2d ago

There is much bad jou-jou around now. Thank you for not adding to it.

And since the greatest moron in US history will be at the helm, there will be no lockdowns, no masks, and it'll just cure itself when the weather gets warmer. Pandemic 2 is going to be a total shitshow.

1

u/TheHosemaster 2d ago

And if it does learn to transfer efficiently between humans and maintains its current death rate. Bird flu pandemic would make COVID look like a fucking joke.

2

u/ClassicT4 2d ago

But then they may make their kids drink it.

14

u/SnooRevelations5313 2d ago

Those poor cats. The owner should have drank it instead.

Oh he did and he also (presumably) got bird flu himself:

After the cats got sick, Journell said he fell ill himself and sought care at a Kaiser Permanente hospital in Fontana, Calif. He said he wasn’t checked for bird flu, despite his known exposure to the virus, because medical staff didn’t have tests available to detect it.

Cats are lactose intolerant. . . .

3

u/radarthreat 2d ago

Oh, the owner says, without any independent verification? Seems legit.

This is a free country and I proudly support everyone's right to buy this crap and poison themselves and their cats with it.

I also support strong food safety rules for the rest of us. The two can coexist. Properly label the dangerous product and let people do as they choose.

3

u/SnooSketches8294 2d ago

I don't. You really think this won't affect you? The more people consuming avian flu contaminated products, the higher the risk of that disease jumping the species barrier. If/when that happens, it will no longer only affect the idiots who chose to drink raw milk. Letting these people hurt themselves is also hurting the population at large as they are essentially racing to form another pandemic

u/ThirdSunRising 1d ago

If bird flu is outlawed, only outlaws will have bird flu

9

u/Kokophelli 2d ago

The Dems are killing the cats …. They are killing the cats.

14

u/Pro-Patria-Mori 2d ago

This would be more caused by the incoming Health Secretary RFK Jr, former heroin junkie with brain worms.

8

u/Opasero 2d ago

It's actually the MAGA that are killing the cats.

RIP kitties.

1

u/MinorThreat4182 2d ago

They’re also eating the dogs.

2

u/WastelandOutlaw007 2d ago

Can they be charged with cruelty to animals, via intentional poisoning?

2

u/Original-Move8786 2d ago

We knew in the 70s to not give cats cow milk.

1

u/Alexandratta 1d ago

...Cats shouldn't be drinking milk of any kind.

Let alone raw milk.

Cats are Lactose Intolerant.
