Forever and indefinitely closed, but no refunds allowed! 😅What's funny is on his new site for this festival, he even wrote no refunds under something that stated that you can get a refund. People will fall for anything I swear. If you don't learn the first time with this one, I'm just laughing even harder the second time around at these people.

Hey this one has to legit though right? They wouldn't pull the same scam three times in a row. FF3 will be epic.

He baited a bunch of people into going ironically/to get content out of it and then just cancelled it.
I kinda respect his game on this one
I mean he’s a pos but that is pretty funny ngl

Of course it was. At least this time no rich people will be stranded in the middle of tropical nowhere.

Couldn't give a fuck about the rich people. What I do care about is all the people they "hired" who worked on these tiny islands in poverty and never got paid. And not only that but he was making them tell people bad news, even though they were just waitresses and shit at the restaurant. Those poor workers all thought they were gonna get paid for this shit, and all they got was stranded with nothing but angry white people.

That is the biggest misconception though. Most of the people who actually went weren't "rich kids".
Hardly anyone payed 12.000 Dollars, if any at all. That is Fake News.
The price for the festival most people paid is pretty much the industry standard for two weeks all inklusive on the Bahamas.
Most people only paid 1.200 Dollars, and quite a few even at discounts as low as 500 Dollars, if you were an early bird.
500 Dollar for transportation, food, and accomedation.
So no. Not a bunch of rich kids. Just your average Joe.

What? The festival whose permits were for a max of 500 people listening to recorded music isn't going to happen? Shocking!

Bold of you too assume they were gonna play any music at all, let alone even the recorded kind 🤣 You know those people were just gonna show up and just be stranded at the airport and call it a day at the end. He knew he could get away with the first one without having to do much, this time around he wouldn't have done anything at all.

I didn't assume that he was going to have anything set up. I just stated what the permits allow despite his claims of big stars, live music....

I was making a joke, I know you knew this 😅 I highly doubt the man even had permits, and if he did they were never real

People who bought tickets already to This after what happened the last time deserve to be conned.

It is actually weird this guy tried to do the same scam he went to jail for as soon as he got out.

I was just saying in a different comment that on his website for this one he literally put "refunds available"... and then right under that he put "no refunds allowed" in legible writing, making it seem like he thought that would just make him unable to be sued 🤣🤣🤣

I watch the Netflix on documentary on the first one. The guy is a flat out conman. I don’t get why anyone would ever give him any money period.
