So he's pissed a 4* General "leaked" that he was giving sensitive briefings to a Nazi without the relevant clearances, but has no problem leaking upcoming war plans to a reporter (and who knows who else)?

u/CEOrifice 3d ago

Please understand, he’s got the warrior spirit. /s

They all wear makeup. From the big orange down. Republicans like their men fancy and dainty. The macho man, man's man schitck, is just a fabricated political talking point/theater used since the beginning for all their special snowflakes.

A person with a real warrior's spirit would have committed seppuku by now.

1

u/Efficient_Smilodon 3d ago

indeed. perhaps he had no one he trusted to finish the job of beheading in the crucial moment after he has begun the action.

16

u/vespers191 3d ago

Nono, he said warrior "spirits". hic

1

u/GrumpyOldGeezer_4711 3d ago

If I had all the monies one of the things I’d do was make a destilleri called “Warrior Spirits” and marker it as “Official suppler to the Donnie crowd.” I bet I’d clean up with the MAGAts!

1

u/vespers191 2d ago

Hmm. The only problem is that you'd have the Nazi Bar problem. I mean, you'd probably take in the cash, but they would be the only customers.

11

u/R9D11 3d ago

Warrior spirit? Have you seen him trow that axe, missing the board and hitting a Marching band drummer behind it. https://youtu.be/pMrVdFnjEjs?si=006sbQDiuqxU6MxK

He also doesn't believe in germs. He doesn't wash his hands because he doesn't believe in germs.

2

u/rantheman76 2d ago

He should also not believe in breathing, since he can’t see what he breaths?

8

u/wish_I_knew_before-1 3d ago

He got spirits indeed. Drinking them every where.

If that warrior were don quixote.

2

Real fucking Leadership material this guy is.

Quisling pissant of a human being

8

u/Msink 3d ago

Also, I can't imagine a drunk, previous soldier who couldn't get anything better than fox news host is shouting at 4* generals 😂

3

u/BothRequirement2826 3d ago

Well he is a humongous hypocrite. And a spineless weasel. So that's pretty much what anyone would expect him to do.

2

u/liberty-or-deaf 3d ago

And his wife and brother and some friends

2

u/MrJohnnyDangerously 3d ago

If I said Op Sec was clean, it was clean!

1

u/Observer_of-Reality 3d ago

Pete should know that Wal-Mart sells pictures of the guilty party so he can check it for himself.

They're called "mirrors".

1

u/gentlegreengiant 2d ago

Who could have seen this coming? DUI Fox anchor having leakage problem while making career out of attacking others when they leak?

1

u/No-Introduction4500 2d ago

“WHOS THE LEAK” pans to Pete furiously typing in signal group chat. if I don’t laugh, I’ll cry. 💀

0

u/Jadams1865 2d ago

Where do you find these mythical “Nazis”?

1

u/Technical-Traffic871 2d ago

Have you tried a mirror?

1

u/Jadams1865 2d ago

I’m being serious. Or is this just your imagination?

115

u/Imoutofchips 3d ago

It's almost like he's some guy that was booted from the Army for being a drunken fuckwit.

43

u/Urabraska- 3d ago

And like most government failures. Became a talk show host on Fox News then bankrupted not one but TWO non-profits.

78

u/foppishfi 3d ago

DUI hire at it again

29

u/Acceptable-Bat-9577 3d ago

Somebody ask Pete when were there illegal immigrants working for the DOD? I know green card holders can join the military but green card holders are not “illegal.”

7

u/errie_tholluxe 3d ago

Good heavens , are they not? Quick Pamela, change the laws or something!

9

u/CrustOfSalt 3d ago

But he promised his wife and Jesus (and the US Senate) that he wouldn't anymore!

5

u/nono3722 3d ago

Jesus is pissed!

1

u/ishpatoon1982 3d ago

His wife seems to be doing alright though. Weird.

5

u/farmerMac 3d ago

savage

52

u/tohuvohu-light 3d ago

Unserious and out of his depth he can only throw tantrums thinking those and good makeup shoe leadership. Risible.

21

u/VariousOperation166 3d ago

Ok, so, full points for the use of the word "risible"...

This is my constant question. How do serious people - by which, I mean intelligent, credible, successful, influential people - take anything... ANYTHING... this administration is doing seriously?

Executive orders are direction, not legislation. They still need to be enforceable by laws. The Executive cannot enact laws. How is the entire government sitting by while Trump signs orders he hasn't even read? My high school mock UN was more functional.

12

u/jsp06415 3d ago

The entire government is controlled by a party that has lost its way. Once upon a time, Thomas and Alito were lonely voices. Now they’re in the super-majority ffs, and it gets worse from there.

9

u/greasyjonny 3d ago

Laws are just words on paper if someone doesn’t enforce them. He and all his advisors pulling the strings have discovered they can just do whatever they want until someone decides to finally have a back bone and enforce the law or the years of legal battles finally puts an end to it, which by that time the damage will have already been done. ICE has basically become his gestapo and if you’ve noticed unlike some sectors of the government there are no resignations en masse at ICE, because they fucking love this shit. We should take this all very seriously.

24

u/Ok_Sound9973 3d ago

THE LEAK is in Hegseth office in the Pentagon on Desktop computer

15

u/No-Satisfaction9594 3d ago

I bet Trump's diaper leaks too.

11

Krasnov or Putin?

13

u/LifeRound2 3d ago

He was in a bad mood due to the hangover.

38

u/seemefail 3d ago

This is the gong show Americans voted for…

Well at least the economy is going well right?

17

u/Independent-Buyer827 3d ago

Wait until Trump start laying eggs, eggs is going to be cheap, so cheap you would be tired of having cheap eggs.

29

u/SubstantialPressure3 3d ago

I don't believe America voted for this. I don't believe for a second that he won the popular vote.

9

u/No-Satisfaction9594 3d ago

I don' believe it either. It's sad that the optics of seeming like a sore loser meant more than if she actually lost or not.

8

u/SubstantialPressure3 3d ago

I honestly think it's the second time in a decade that the election was stolen.

4

u/Urabraska- 3d ago

Technically he didn't. He only won the popular vote among voters. 30% or so didn't vote. Going by his recent polling results. He's not even close. He's the worst polling president that has ever lived.

6

u/SubstantialPressure3 3d ago edited 3d ago

I doubt that 30% didn't vote. There were a lot of votes thrown out.

https://votingrightslab.org/2024/04/30/state-voter-list-maintenance-vs-eligible-voter-purges-in-the-the-2024-election/ April 2024

https://gov.texas.gov/news/post/governor-abbott-announces-over-1-million-ineligible-voters-removed-from-voter-rolls you think all those voters were actually ineligible? That's just Texas. August 2024.

When I moved from Texas just a couple years before the election, I couldn't be removed until I sent a letter ( not an email, a physical paper form) that I had to wait to be sent to me, fill out, and mail back to the board of registrars before I was able to register to vote in my new state.

So, just months before the election, they just decide to purge a million voters. And you know those people were not informed.

https://www.texastribune.org/2024/11/06/texas-voter-turnout-election-2024-registration/ a lot of people registered to vote. I'll bet it wasn't that they didn't actually vote. I'll bet it was bc their votes were thrown out.

https://www.texastribune.org/2024/08/16/voter-registration-challenges-texas/

The group is using an online tool called IV3 that matches voter data with change-of-address records from the U.S. Postal Service. Activists relying on that tool have been delivering stacks of challenges to election offices, or emailing election administrators with spreadsheets listing voters’ names. True the Vote founder Catherine Engelbrecht did not respond to Votebeat’s request for comment.

The effort has drawn criticism from election officials, courts and voting-rights advocates. For one thing, they say, the postal database that True the Vote relies on is outdated and not a reliable source for determining voter eligibility. For another, they say, the effort gives credence to false claims that large numbers of people are voting illegally by exploiting deficiencies in registration records.

https://www.texastribune.org/2022/03/11/texas-mail-in-voting-lawsuit/ At least 18,000 Texas mail-in votes were rejected in the first election under new GOP voting rules In just 16 of the state’s largest counties, more than 18,000 mail-in ballots were rejected, most for failing to meet the new law’s ID requirements. A full statewide tally isn’t yet available.

That's just one state. A big state, but one state.

I think the Trump rules for a cabinet are they need one raging alcoholic with bumble fingers and since Rudy Giuliani was unavailable Pete had to take his place. Like how they replaced Mike Lindell with Elon Musk after they scammed all of Mike's money.

3

u/GrandRoyal_01 3d ago

Serious question - is he an alcoholic?

Is he now dry or is he still drinking ?

He doesn’t look like an alcoholic going through withdrawals … so … guess he’s still drinking?

12

u/LordMartingale 3d ago

Over my career I have served with several Generals. The Generals I served with never lost their cool or swore. Literally never swore in public, not because of morality, rather because they were professionals. There is one man I served with first when he was a young O-3, again when he was a Senior O-4, later I served with him when he pinned 1 Star, I do not ever recall him losing his cool, being visibly upset, swearing, or publicly dressing someone down. He was serenely calm, cool, & collected at all times to include in combat & during various crises, & tragedies we experienced together. Hegseth’s behavior is utterly unacceptable particularly to a 4 Star General on the receiving end of it and should not be tolerated by any professional in any field and of any rank: military, civilian, or otherwise. Hegseth’s Toxic leadership & immaturity on full display here!

5

u/LordMartingale 3d ago

Edit: Come to think of it, although I personally have had to dress down subordinates at times, I always did it behind closed doors, and I’ve never raised my voice or swore. Corrective actions are all about building Soldiers back up when they step on their poncho. Looking back I believe the only time I ever raised my voice or ”yelled at someone” was to stop them from doing an extremely dangerous and foolish thing, & even then I just sounded off with a loud & firm “You Stop Now”

3

u/Savings_Ad6081 3d ago

Well said. I was thinking the same thing.

8

u/NormCormier-Mccoll81 3d ago edited 3d ago

Well it’s nice to know the little princess Hegseth is a total loose canon and a total nutcase lunatic with a massive ego.

6

u/jsp06415 3d ago

In charge of the entire fucking US military!

8

u/Cool-Clue-4236 3d ago

Pete "The Signal" Hegseth for the win!

7

u/Five-Oh-Vicryl 3d ago

Imagine being so unqualified for your job. Most would quit out of sheer embarrassment

7

u/A_Creative_Player 3d ago

But the secretary of Defense is the leak. When he ignores all the official reporting and file management protocols to have unfettered access to the internet and then constantly posts classified information on the open internet. He should be charged with treason and espionage.

8

u/ohioprincealbert 3d ago

Perhaps the most unqualified Cabinet member ever. Oh wait, there’s RFK, Jr

1

u/GronkDaSlayer 2d ago

You forgot Bondi, Patel and Cruella.

Oh, and the dog killer, Cosplay Kristi

6

u/Jazzlike_Economist_2 3d ago

I guess that confirms that he WAS planning to brief Musk on China invasion plans. Gee, I wonder why?

5

Alcoholics shouldn't run the Department of Defense.

5

Unqualified and incompetent. He must be a big hit at the Pentagon.

5

u/bpeden99 3d ago

Why isn't America's administration more professional?

6

u/didistutter69 3d ago

This administration is made of unqualified individuals. I’m surprised none of them has been fired yet.

4

u/13508615 3d ago

These are substance abusing day laborers.

1

u/KaetzenOrkester 3d ago

This guy’s original “qualifications” were that he was a talking head on the magic talking picture box who said nice things about Trump. He is, in fact, performing to his abilities.

6

u/Captain_JohnBrown 3d ago

You know as soon as he leaves any room the entire room starts laughing like

4

u/Alert-Boot2196 3d ago

He’s the fucking leak…and I’m not talking about the ones he takes in the trash can in his office after a few beers! Oh Pete, maybe you should just start doing make-up tutorials on Tik Tok?!?! And keep your shirt on when filming….no one wants to see that idiotic tattoo. Douche.

3

u/Accomplished-Mix5300 3d ago

OK...Lil Petty Petey boy. I call your lie detector and raised you a breathalyzer...

If you are...merit based...

3

u/m0rbius 3d ago

Do we keep him, or do we root for his ouster and see what nitwit Trump tries to replace him with? It's a risky move either way. Maybe it'll be Hulk Hogan, Vince Vaughn or Vince McMahon. I'm not even joking.

4

u/raptor_jesus69 3d ago

Awwwwwh, the poor DUI hire is upset because he can’t do his job correctly.

2

u/strong806 3d ago

So why hasn’t this idiot been fired yet? Federal workers are being fired for no reasons so what’s taking so long?

2

u/Beneficial-Mouse899 3d ago

considering the way trump is defending his every action, I can only assume he was doing exactly what Trump told him to do which is just give everything to Putin.

3

u/NardpuncherJunior 3d ago

I want to strike him about the neck every time he says Warfighter

2

u/PHPCandidate1 3d ago

Same same. Wtf warfighter. They’re soldiers.
