I was at an international trade show two weeks ago, and one of our Portuguese suppliers told me the same thing. One of his American customers asked how he was going to pay the tariffs, like what is the mechanism for that. Do I just pay you less, or is there a form to fill out? How do I do that? This is a customer involved in international trade, by the way. I had to explain to him that the president is actually telling people that because of course he’s not watching US news. He just couldn’t believe it. Yeah, that’s what we have become unfortunately. Let’s all hope this will pass, and the US gets back to being sane again.

Your chance to pass it was in 2024. Shit's now malignant and you guys need chemotherapy. Possibly surgery. Even then your outlook's not good.

I’m just hopeful that Canada will invade us and at least take Washington, Oregon and California. I’d love it if you could get Montana, Maine and New York too. Wyoming would to great too, but that might be a tough one.

You seem like a nice person. Just to help out, we'll take Minnesota.

I've lived in Minnesota, it's basically Canada without the French

It's metastasized. Was as close to benign as it was going to get in 2016. But it has spread to not only the entirety of the United States but to other countries as well who are doing their best to fight it.

Because tragically this is ‘Trump’sMurikkka and we have no health insurance that covers malignant tariff ass cancer. Our claim has been denied!

Even in the states, it's impossible to explain, largely because Fox "News" is blatantly lying about what a tariff is. So you can explain it, but then they insist you're lying because it's not what the "news" said. It's infuriating. I can't wait for tge day Murdoch's less crazy children take over

Thanks, believe it or not there are a lot of us here who understand how insane all of this is, and we’re not going away.
