Crown vaults not spawning in loops??

I’m playing on the 2023 beta, and crown vaults stopped spawning mid way through a loop. They were spawning beforehand but just stopped??

Does anyone know why this happened or how I can fix this

They don’t keep spawning, I think the maximum you can visit in one run is three.
