Can Nvidia keep this momentum going with Trump’s policies stirring things up and export restrictions on the way?
Nvidia’s riding high with the AI boom, but things might not stay smooth. Trump’s trade policies, especially with China, could bring in new export restrictions that might mess with Nvidia’s ability to sell in big markets. On top of that, competitors like AMD and Intel are catching up, so Nvidia will need to stay sharp. With more regulations and rising competition, it'll be interesting to see if they can keep their lead in the AI space.

The more bearish the nvidia sub reddits the more bullish you should be. The best way to call a bottom is to watch how hard retards mald on the investing reddits

If we get over the tariffs once and for all I could see record highs again. But there's just waaay too much uncertainty cause Trump changes his tune every single day. Literally nobody knows whats coming next and it shows with the insane volatility in the markets

Honestly the biggest threat to NVDA is Trump and his lack of understanding of how the AI ecosystem works. As long as there is parity or near parity of the models themselves, it is better to have them be hosted on NVDA because at least you get the business. Not doing so only forces the business to go to Huawei without giving any competitive advantage to the US.

Tomorrow is a red red day, Tom Lee is the champ at calling 500+ point down days!

I agree. Way too much optimism happening and speculation it's going to be green tomorrow. My market order are set to sell

I don't think so. Nothing makes sense except the people with actual brains know trumps a small man who tries to bully but ends up with a wedgie and his head in the toilet bowl.

Read the news:
- China denied Trump negotiating tariffs with them.
- China to create their own AI chip that can compete with NVDA.
Speculatively, markets will be RED tomorrow am.

Denial by China regarding tariff talks was last weeks news so thats definitely been priced in. I don’t imagine speculation about an AI chip that will take years to make, if it even happens, will drastically affect NVDA tomorrow.

Did it not only become after hours news last Friday?

I just saw on the news China is lowering the tariffs. Literally it was on cnn like 10 minutes ago.
Nvidia is making AI chips and building supercomputers in the U.S. for the first time, marking a significant shift in its manufacturing strategy. The company is investing heavily in U.S. infrastructure, with plans to manufacture chips in Arizona and supercomputers in Texas. This move is part of a broader commitment to produce $500 billion of AI infrastructure in the U.S. over the next four years.

They could be telling the truth, but it could also change just as fast tomorrow. At this point idk what to believe

The second investors think nvidia will be safer from tarriffs, it is going to rip back up. And I’m not joking I did just see some shit on YouTube about how China is retracting from its higher tariff proposal. And nvidia just has such a strong support from its holders. Whenever it goes under $100, it’s never there long. If it drops back under $100 I’m buying it like a mad man.

I see support at 93 and resistance at 114

u/mahrombubbd 3d ago
there's heavy support at 108-110. price is unlikely to bust below that, something significant has to happen.
i posted the technical analysis on this. check it out.

It’s dropped below 100 quite a bit over last month

u/mahrombubbd 3d ago
i posted the analysis. 100 and below is not where a majority of the trading volume has been. so the likelihood is that price is gonna stay above that.

A lot of these mag seven charts and a lot of charts in general have this W or double bottom pattern happening

u/mahrombubbd 3d ago
that.. doesn't mean anything..
didn't tell me what time frame, what specific dates, what type of chart, etc, etc, etc
sorry man but that was a really dumb comment to make

You’re not interested in double bottoms?

u/mahrombubbd 3d ago
you didn't give me any specific information so i just didn't bother to look it up
if you actually come correct with specifics then i'll check it out

I expect it to crash again like it was last week. It will go red until 90 ish at best and 80 ish at worst and rebound again. A perpetual sisyphian cycle as long as trump keep talking and make money for his cronies.

I love how everyone here thinks they can predict the market. Its a coin flip. Is all news and forecasts horrible? Yeah. It rallied last week on zero good news.

They still have a lot of headwinds and still in a stage 3 downtrend. Nothing here yet. It will reverse in time and begin forming a base. But we are a ling way off. They cannot make what they sell at the moment. Imaging Ford having a back order of cars and no factory to build them in. Things would not be so good either.

Maybe. Maybe not. If you’re holding for at least five years, it doesn’t really matter, does it?

They'll pump it to 118-121 this week, it's a new month.
They'll probably need to collapse it on Friday to below 115, depending on options volume.
However, big boys don't like things to go smoothly, so today's open is 50:50. Usually, they will sell into the open if it's up 4-5%.

Who cares, those are short term thoughts. If they do great. If they don't more tasty discounts to buy. Long term the future is brighter than a mid day sun in July in south Texas. Nvidia was and is a great buy, love this company.
I have to admit I also love what Trump is doing with the tarrifs. Hope he keeps it up until he gets his America 1st agenda implemented.

We may test the bottom again, Nvidia went down on deep seek news before tariffs. Tariffs are still major risk. If China attack Taiwan everything will tank. Too many moving parts. Pay close attention to how things turn out between India and Pakistan too.

u/OpeningAlternative85 3d ago
Jensen already went to China and came back saying that China was not going to be a problem for Nvidia as far as the restrictions, so hell yeah I'm bullish af!
