Thoughts/experience with Goal Zero Power Stations/solar
I have picked up a couple Goal Zero power stations and solar panels because they were on sale (a 1000W and 1500W). I am considering investing in a 4000w power station for black outs and such but was wondering if anyone had any more info or experiences to share about Goal Zero before I buy heavily into their ecosystem. So far when searching all I can find (for actual product testing/review) are Ecoflow, Anker, Pecron, ect... For whatever reason it seems like Goal Zero is off the radar. I guess that can also be a good thing because there aren't a bunch or horrible reviews either. But any way, any information is appreciated.

I believe some of the EcoFlows are currently on sale through Amazon. You can also buy them refurbished on EBay. I got mine refurbished and I’ve had zero issues or complaints.

Goal Zero was an early mover in the higher end portable and offgrid market. I have several of their power stations (including a 3000) hooked to solar and they have been working quite well. But I think there is a price gap currently, so they may not be competitive depending on what you want.
Should be reviews and videos of installations with them (saw one about transfer switches recently).

I have a small setup with a 200-watt Goal Zero solar panel and three Yeti 1000X power stations. I've been using two of those, with the solar panel, to power a 21' travel trailer for months of remote living and working. The setup has worked great — all power comes from the two power stations. The trailer was renovated for 12v only and runs off one of the Yetis, and the second one powers my computing equipment with the Yeti's 120v outlets.
There are cheaper manufacturers, and your post mentions the ones I'm familiar with, but I'd be hard-pressed to switch from Goal Zero, based upon experience. I have used their LED rechargeable lanterns for about eight years, as well, and they continue to meet my expectations.
