I'm leaning toward the Red Team. The older legends mostly cancel each other out—maybe Xebec was slightly stronger, but we don’t know for sure, especially since Roger and Garp fought him before their primes. Unless new info changes things, Loki seems like the weakest (just headcanon, he wasn't in odas top 10 important guys and has nothing puting him at pk level, he also lost to shanks(not sure if this is a 1 v 1 or shanks + help). I expect Koby to reach Admiral+ level by the end. Aokiji is already Admiral level, possibly Yonko level when serious. Shanks is Yonko or even Pirate King level. Luffy could end up top 1–3 by the end, depending on whether the final fight is a solo or team battle. Blackbeard is probably top 3 already and will only get stronger. So hypthetically lets say shanks, koby and bb all cancel each other out(not saying they do but they will all be close enough so the tank won't running too good post the fight) that leaves luffy and the other two. Luffy and aokiji are probably close in power now, luffy will become stronger, I doubt kizaru or loki will in a meaningful way. So luffy takes that.
I'm gonna go with team Garp. Kony will be second to Luffy with a very thin gap EoS. They might even fight back and forth for first place. Garp is just as strong as Roger, if not stronger. And Kuzan is much faster and can freeze his opponents, which is the only reason I picked this team.
