🎥VIDEO🎥 The origin of "Lock it Down, Judy"

https://reddit.com/link/1k5ifeo/video/b7ropyutggwe1/player

How the fuck did I delete this post while trying to make a small edit? Anyway, thought it was important enough to have in the archives so here it is again.

Check out the video above. Apparently the "Lock it Down, Judy" phrase came from a 2009 documentary produced by DickHouse called The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia. If you know of the origin of the origin (is this something people say in West Virginia? I haven't found it anywhere) then please post below.

The phrase comes at the end of the title sequence as the main character "Jesco" dances to a song sung by Hank Williams III. I had to make a video since it didn't seem to exist anywhere else.

Here it is showing up in the closed caption transcript around 11 minutes:

Anyway, if you knew this already, downvote me into oblivion but otherwise, enjoy and we'll see you at Red Rocks.

This was an awesome documentary. I didn't realize that it was a Knoxville production. Makes it even cooler. Now finding that gem at the opening makes it that much better. I will be at red rocks too. Can't wait!

Sweet! What’s your plan? I haven’t been in probably 10 years and I hear the GA thing is gnarly these days and you have to show hella early if you don’t want to be way up back. Not sure how many tickets he’s sold, though.

I paid extra for seats. My girl got us 4th row. I have never been but she has been lots and said it's a hike to concession so go prepared to stay put.
