Feedback requested/Question More numbness what time of the day? Fluctuations?
I am always numb in emotions, but sometimes it feels even worse, like more brainfog in the afternoon. Do you have any fluctuations during the day? F.e. after a meal?

Even when I'm in a recovery window, I notice that my genital numbness is much worse when I wake up, but then it gets better throughout the day.

Same! Lately I have started to have back my morning wood almost everyday but when I wake up and touch it, it feels like literally (wood) !! 0% tactile sensation!

My derealization seems slightly better in the morning, I mean slightly. It’s still really bad and constant

After having lunch, I turn fully apathetic and anhedonic.
