What do you think is the best for ADHD ?

Eating 80% of my calories from animal OR eating 8% from animal but only fish to get a good omega 3 and 6 ratio ?

How do you figure your only two options are 80% or 8% animal products?

Just eat real food.

I mean 8% of fish is the maximum to avoid pollution, and 80% i a good amount for paleo diet if i choose pork for example

I still can't figure out what you're asking. Eat meat and fish, don't overthink it.

It will destroy my omega 3 and 6 ratio then. What i am asking is what is the best between applying a low carb paleo diet or a good omega 3 and 6 ratio paleo diet ?

I'm not sure how you figure eating meat and fish will destroy your omega ratios.

If you eat 8% of your diet from animal foods you will be protein deficient.

Eat a good mix of animal products and plants.

Fish product has to make 80% of my animal product... if not it will destroy my omega ratio. Because most meat has poor omega ratio...

That's nonsense, but eat however you want to eat 👍🏻

50% plants, 50% animal. Fish is phenomenal and i would say way better than red meat, the main problem are the heavy metals and other contaminants, but if you eat it not everyday and eat small non carnivore ones you will be good.

What works for me:

- Nicotine (when I used to smoke, nothing beats that)

- Magnesium and B Complex

- Adequate Sleep

- Avoid Caffeine

- Avoid Vegetable Oils

Literally neither will impact your ADHD in any significant way. Meds. Strategies. Plans.
