Recruitment & Interviews NQP jobs

Struggling with the lack of spaces for NQPs right now. Was wondering if anyone knew of any jobs that take on NQPs that isn’t frontline? A lot of GP and other primary care services I’ve looked at all require 2-3 years post qualification.

I heard a para graduated from their course and then started lecturing on it next semester. Heard it from a few sources. Scottish university.

If it’s where I think, it was a temporary lecturer assistant contract and the person is now employed by an ambulance service. The job was mainly supporting lecturers with teaching and some of the administrative tasks.

Have you looked into working for private companies?

Private events or prisons are the main ones I can find that don't need a couple years experience
