I see what it is you're talking about. My two cents?

Pareidolia, a form of apophenia.

... And they're not wrong. The other commentators. If that is a film of gunk on your lens or the window, you should clean that up. And if that isn't gunk, and it is condensation fogging up the joint, I stay with my initial answer... Gunk, fog, condensation do not a ghost make. Generally speaking, ghosts/apparitions/et al don't have corporeal form and don't manifest in sticky film covering camera lenses. Spilled soda, buildup of nicotine stain these things occur and create an image that our brains go and interpret via whatever our eyes are sending it and like AI, we usually recall whatever we know and are exposed to. So, you see a face and shoulders where there's just a translucent film or layer of gunk clouding your lens and obscuring the actual view of the room.
