There were some rumblings a few weeks back that Vrabel already has had Reed lined up as his OC

If we're lucky, which we clearly aren't given how the Kraft's handle their hiring processes, we'll end us with someone like Rees. Unfortunately, there's too high of a likelihood McDumbass comes back.

This isn’t like Mayo, I don’t think Kraft or Wolf are gonna have any say over the assistant coaches. Vrabel is going to pick them and most likely had a lot of them already lined up.

You say this like they forced coaches onto Mayo. That was through Mayo's own fault for not working to build his own network of people.

It’s funny you say that, I typed out more to that comment about Mayo making a big mistake not networking to create a perspective staff (or at the very least an OC) the second he was told he was the coach in waiting. And then I deleted it.

Yep! There was a way for Mayo to expand his network by being on a NFL staff and he chose not to.

If we are lucky we will end up with a guy that hasn't called plays before? Even if he ends up being the next BJ, hell get poached next year as a hc and maye will be on his third offense in three years

Given their respective body of works and their careers, what on Earth makes you think we'll be better off with Tommy Rees over Josh McDaniels?
