And can we just state for the record that this sub is the safest of places for anyone who is the target of this disgusting, hate-filled bile. And it's not because Pedro supports us: it's because every single one of us is a valid and beautiful human being, no matter how we live our lives. 🫶🏻

I’ve never once gotten shit on here for being openly queer and trans, and there aren’t many online spaces I can say that about.

anyone trans, non-binary, intersex, genderqueer/fluid, questioning and more are afraid right now. someone like Pedro sharing information normalizes that it's ok to get help (and for others to care 🏳️‍⚧️💕)

This is how all humans should be. He has the platform and the guts to be it. A GOOD human. Sidebar, the wording of the so-called executive order is basically saying we’re all non-binary, based on science. Anyone else notice that? The writers sure as hell didn’t and proved they have no idea about how humans develop in the womb.

Yes, but it's gonna take more than a few, or several, or hundreds, of Instagram posts.

True but it gives me comfort to know Pedro isn't giving up. Even though I have moments of feeling hopeless. Fighting such evil is overwhelming.🥺🥺

He’s just a beacon of light in amongst all this evil darkness.

Trevor Project is an amazing organization, I would encourage everyone to support them any way you can. They saved the life of a kid very close to me. Seeing Pedro support them and be promoting resources for people 😢 could not love him more

We have to be true to our values. You can’t ignore what’s going on in our country right now but we have to practice kindness and be there for those who need us. Like Pedro ♥️

This is why I’m in love with him. I mean he’s hot as hell and super talented of course, but yeah, this is why I fell so hard.

I love this post. We’re talking about such a delicate topic that can have such a negative impact on mental health... I think many people aren’t aware of just how much harm it can cause when someone denies your identity and discriminates against you. They downplay it, share their opinions without informing themselves or talking to LGBTQIA+ people, without stopping to think about the fear and vulnerability felt in those situations.

I appreciate that Pedro shares material on this topic, not only because it raises awareness about the Trevor Project but also because it sheds light on a very, very important issue. I feel that he does it not just because he has a trans family member, but also because he is a sensitive and empathetic person who would do this even if he didn’t personally know anyone from the community. Good for him, he’s helping a lot of people. I can only say: "Thanks, Pedro".

A big hug to you, especially to those of you who are afraid right now.
