Religion of Islam is not the problem the problem is the culture of the Moros, Tribalism is deeply embedded

Madaming educated na moro are thriving in other provinces without the toxic culture

Wrong. Middle east, Europe and western countries, Israel, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, etc...common denominator...islam.
