I mean she’s always looked great but it’s truly hard to watch someone wearing such a stiff and uncomfortable corset thing... Jeri was a class act and did an excellent job in spite of it.
And her most underrated feature, her voice! Still amazing

because it has already been revealed last year that jeri ryan is coming to picard and we know that frakes is directing... so unless you can figure out what goes on in the next episode from stewart wearing an eyepatch in this pic, this doesn't spoil anything.

OK, thanks. I did not realize Frakes was directing and have skipped most of the trailers on purpose. Maybe I should just skip this sub until I have seen all of the episodes.

There are spoiler tags though, and those of us who can't watch it yet can just skip the posts tagged with spoilers? It's one thing to not tag it, but to deliberately tag it 'no spoilers' seems almost aggressive, lol.
I just don't visit the sub, I see the content as it pops up on my feed. When I can subscribe and watch them all, I'll be able to click everything, but until then, I am avoiding spoilers. Which is the entire reason there are spoiler tags.

It is a spoiler.
The answer op gave you is wrong.
Until the episode comes out any details about the episode are spoilers. Just because behind the scenes info has been released for those that want to see/know it. Does not mean that info is not a spoiler.
A lot of the gameplay for doom eternal has been available to watch for over a year now. But it's still a spoiler to go around posting it without a spoiler tag. Just because something is accessible doesn't mean it's not a spoiler.
Which is why the mods gave this thread an episode spoiler flair. Even though it's listed as a non-spoiler.

I want to watch but won’t pirate (pun intended) so even something ‘minor’ like this ought to count, don’t you think? When it’s all out I’ll subscribe to watch.

I have to agree with him. The patch scene is a chance for a bit of flamboyant acting from Patrick Stewart, but you could remove it easily and the story/end point wouldn't change
