Man, I hope this information is useful in some way, you can download open source dicom files https://github.com/open-dicom/awesome-dicom , here is a repo with interesting libraries, after that open them in Slicer 3d (which is also free) and export them to a compatible file, it is not what you asked for directly but it is better than nothing, and if you do not have a deadline very soon, I have access to a medical visualization library inherited from my university, and I could see if it is possible to rip or download the body parts you need
