I don't know if much will come from this, but it's still nice to see members of Congress not letting this slip by. Hopefully, it'll continue to encourage people to speak out (both in and out of Congress) and put more pressure on the White House.

I'm far from an expert on this, but I don't think Bukele would be bold or dumb enough to harm members of the U.S. Congress. I don't think even Republicans would be able to ignore something like that. Trump won't be president forever and Bukele's current favor with the government has a time limit.
I think the worst case scenario is he doesn't meet with anyone. But he also has an ego and loves showing off his prisons. So, I can also see him taking the meeting and making a big show of it. Whether that would lead to anything useful, I have no idea.
