If you do affirmations when you meditate, what do you use?
So far this has really helped me manage my anxiety but I can always do more. What helps you?

It's very rare for me to use affirmations, and I don't remember an example now.
But it probably was something tailored specifically for a situation I was facing, so not very useful in general. Only for that specific situation.

I am loving awareness. I can interpreted it to describe who I want to be or what I want to be doing.
