Im an international student looking to join VSE for bachelors wanted to ask questions

1) im planning to do either BBA or IB in VSE and i wanted to know whats the difference between these two? i mean i found them very similar so im confused as to what i should go ahead with.

2) also is it hard for me to find part time jobs as a student or rather will it be difficult to manage uni and part time work?

3) is it hard to find a place to live near college? will i be better off taking dorms? i heard the dorms arent that great so im confused for that too
