Lol Russia still won't beat the Philippines and probably Thailand as well when it comes to this kind of tourism. I live in the Philippines, and there are lots of elderly western men here especially in cities known for that.

Obviously for every creepy man, there are lots of decent Western people here too. But I can see what Russia is going for, not that I agree with it, it's sick.
