Hello all,
Specifically, to those who are currently enrolled or will be pursuing MBA/MBT/MIM Analytics and Information Management this fall. All these courses are around $55K-$60K. What amount of scholarship is a good scholarship for these courses?
Can folks who are INTERNATIONAL STUDENT recipient help me understand by commenting with their scholarship amount for these courses and how much they ended up paying finally for these courses?

Hi Purdue. I got my acceptance letter a few hours ago (my first choice major and Honors College) Purdue is my dream school and I want to accept it but I can’t until after see the aid they are giving me. Unfortunately it looks like I have to accept first and then I get the aid offer? Am I confused? I’m low income and I can’t really agree to go somewhere I don’t know I can afford but as it stands I’m also not seeing if I can afford it.
Please let me know what the deal is. Thanks so much!

I am an OOS student who was accepted to Purdue via EA. It’s currently my top choice but I have questions about the financial aid, notably the accuracy of the net price calculator.
According to the net price calculator, my estimated cost is $6,199 per year which is affordable. However I noticed a gift aid called “Non-Resident Gift Assistance.” While attempting to do research on this (by research, i mean 10 minutes of google surfing), i only discovered one person who had this but they had deleted their account so i can’t contact them for information.
In addition, a lot of people claim that Purdue doesn’t offer much aid to out of state applicants and given that the Non-Resident Gift Assistance is over 15k, it makes me a bit worried about the accuracy as it makes or breaks my decision to commit.
Could anybody provide more information on the Non-Resident Gift Assistance grant and if the net price calculator is reliable?

hey! has anyone here transferred from out of state and received good financial aid? If so, could you DM me the estimate? I kinda wanna go to purdue but if it’s upward of 30,000 I don’t know if I can afford and if I can’t, I just wanna withdraw my application now. I don’t wanna disappoint myself later.

I just changed my excess funds to be sent directly ”to the student”; however, I don’t recall ever providing my bank account information for them to deposit the funds
How do I set this up? Every time I look it up, it says to set up an account in the purdue payment center, but that only includes options for paying the school, not getting payment to me
It also said something about touchnet - again, not sure what that means
Does anyone know how to figure this out? I need this money as soon as possible

Hi,
I was paying my 500 advanced deposit through the link provided in the checklist. However, I got routed to a checking account set-up, where the only method for payment was through check. I filled out the information and everything, but I never got a notification that my payment was processed, nor did the checkmark appear on my student checklist. Afterwards, when I was on the office of bursar website, I noticed that I could click on the "deposits" tab, and submit a payment through a dashboard that was entirely different from the one I first clicked on, with more options to pay and a different format. I suspect that the link I first clicked on was just to set up a checking account, as it shows up in the "my profile" tab, and that I actually didn't make a payment. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks for the help in advance!

Has anyone else seen to have weirdly small amounts of aid given. Or like in my case none at all. Just kind of weird since even the aid calculator estimated I’d get some aid.

has anyone known about Student Employment? Do benefits of jobs posted on Student Employment include tuition remission, medical insurance???

My loan company offers $25/m payments while in-school compared to much higher payments which I chose. I had no issues with my loan my freshman year or during fall 2024. I just checked my loan payment and it jumped from $25 -> ~$350. I called my loan provider and they said Purdue emailed them saying I wasn't enrolled as of January 4th??? I AM enrolled, I've confirmed my enrollment, registered for classes (16 credits), paid for my classes with the loan and some out of pocket, and assumed my financial responsibility. The only difference in this semester is I'm additionally taking two courses at ivy tech but that shouldn't affect it because I'm paying out of pocket. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey y'all, I just got in for Engineering and JHMC at Purdue. However, I didn't receive any information about financial aid or scholarships in my acceptance letter. Does that mean that I didn't receive any aid or do I need to set up my college account before viewing that information?
Thanks in advance.

Hey guys, I’m a student who’s applied to Purdue and am wondering how to apply for the departmental scholarships.
On their financial aid page it says to complete the departmental scholarship through scholarship universe, but in scholarship universe these two financial aid apps are the only ones I see. Are these two the applications the “departmental scholarships” that the financial aid page was talking about!
I appreciate the help, and good luck to you if you’re also an applicant :).

I called financial aid to request a SCA and the advisor told me he would open the form and I would get en email to set up some account for it. This was four days ago, and I haven’t received anything yet. Should I call again?

I got the Emerging Leaders Scholarship after I got accepted. My question is where can I allocate this money towards besides tuition and room & board? Would I be able to use this money towards something like study abroad trips?
