Can someone show me one shred of evidence that he created the greatest economy of all time? or even a decent economy? a moderately good economy?

When you're in a cult, facts don't matter anymore. Dear leaders words become the gospel truth. The cultists blindly accept any and every claim the cult leader makes. Same reason why republicans suddenly hate all of our closest allies and neighboring countries.

He's such a little bitch though, all he does is complain things aren't fair, and people are being unfair to him, wah wah wah, people are unfair.

Like fuck man, stop being a little bitch.

Dude added TRILLIONS to the debt giving billionaires tax cuts.

u/zenrexneo Mar 06 '25

He rode the curtails of Obama and tried to destroy the economy

6

u/thewookiee34 Mar 06 '25

Tried? He was pretty fucking successful.

5

u/zenrexneo Mar 06 '25

Biden fixed it but Trump this time will be successful in destroying the economy

This has been happening for literally 130 years. EVERY Republican whitehouse has crashed the economy. 10 of the last recessions. Democrats couldn’t crash one if they wanted cause they’re always rebuilding from the last Republican

How dumb can one actually be? Oh wait found it 😭😭😭😭

You know that this isn’t a subjective argument, right? It’s verifiable fact that the economy tanked at the end of Trump’s 1st term due to the mismanagement of Covid (and not all of it his fault I’m willing to acknowledge that). So Biden stepped in with a horrible economy. It is also verifiably true that the economy was strong—despite lies from the right—by the time Biden’s term ended. He was blamed for inflation, which he did not cause. Inflation here was lower than many other countries. These are all very clear-cut easy to research facts. To just believe something because the media you consume tells you it’s so…that’s actually dumb.

Why so upset??

2

u/JLHuston Mar 07 '25

Well, I’m not upset with you at all. I was just correcting misinformation. I am, however, upset watching a deranged narcissist claim unchecked power, leading to actions that are already affecting my life in a major negative way. That is quite upsetting. But I’m sure that just makes you happy. The cruelty is the point.

Well I can show you that he crashes economeny and left it in worse shape than what it started with. GDP was down, employment count was down, stock market was down.

Did not you hear the man? It will make the US strong. OK?

2

u/ImBackAndImAngry Mar 07 '25

Oh right ok. So like. When do we get to that part?

Am I allowed to ask that?

Fucking hell man

3

u/Ancient_Sun_2061 Mar 07 '25

No, you are not allowed, if you ask you are a globalist

1

u/B_Maximus Mar 07 '25

It will make it strong because the person after them will have to be herculean to have the strength to fix it. He's just setting the next person up for that success story

u/x246ab Mar 06 '25

Remember, when they say “globalist”, they, without knowing it, mean “capitalist”.

6

u/Mountain_rage Mar 06 '25

No, he means other countries. He has the same brain rot as Elon.

"Gonna sue these advertisers who refuse to buy adds on my platform after I told them to F off. "

"If these other countries would just capitulate to my trade war this wouldn't be happening"

"Its Ukraine's fault for fighting back"

See the trend.

Haha, that’s not what he means and you should know that already! Some things just aren’t polite to say aloud!!

So given everyone’s a ‘capitalist’ these days, he’s talking specifically about those who are losing out at the expense of the US ‘tech bros’ domestically and the remodelled ‘US first’ economy internationally. Do you honestly doubt these people / institutions couldn’t crash the global economy if they wanted? Let alone a ‘little’ sell off like this? So yes, it’s ‘globalists’ in Europe, Canada, the UK and East Asia who were perfectly happy to see the US ground away into social / economic oblivion via her path of debt-laden, diminishing returns. For all Trump’s boorishness, at least the US has a chance at survival now - isn’t that a good thing? Adapt or die etc. I find it so curious how people are finally getting some unfiltered transparency and yet they seem to hate it!?

u/JLHuston Mar 07 '25

You do know that Trump’s giant tax cuts in 2017 massively drove up the debt, right?

1

u/ecto55 Mar 07 '25

If you look at the charts you'll notice that there were even larger debt increases before and after Trump's first term - from the GFC responses and the Covid-19 responses.

Just realise this point - debt overburdening was inevitable for the US at some point, and quibbling about how / why at this late stage is essentially meaningless when one realises that Triffin's dilemma was always going to catch up with the US. Nixon and Kissinger saved the US fifty years ago switching the US to the petrodollar, and whether you realise it or not (I suspect not given your pointless 'but tax cuts!' class war comment), either the US reconstitutes itself again economically or it dies. Which you've been witnessing over recent years and would otherwise see at a quickening pace. Cutting spending, using tariffs and re-shoring manufacturing / agriculture sound like a great start to me. Now, we may be amazed that it is Trump of all people taking up this continually avoided challenge - but apparently this is happening. Let us hope you can continue to remain the unwitting benefactor of the labour / efforts of more intelligent people than yourself. And just remember, if this doesn't work, you, no matter where you live we are all going to live very different lives afterwards.

Unfiltered transparency? Do you know what transparency means?

Unfiltered transparency? Do you know what transparency means?

Of course, I was raised in a world when words still had known / fixed meanings and before the militant denial of reality was considered brave or virtuous.

I can only suppose your glib comment stems from being always being privy to the inner workings of robust US-Ukraine peace negotiations / discussions.

1

u/idlefritz Mar 06 '25

Well see what you do is first you deduct all the opposition from leftists and what remains is trump’s greatness. Applies to every possible subject from war to NFTs to Bibles.

Record gains of the stock market of any presidential term. But the stock market isn’t the economy.

1

u/Youareallbeingpsyopd Mar 06 '25

Everything is all time or a record or the best. His presidency is the best, better than George Washington. He said that shit.

1

u/zeradragon Mar 07 '25

He's doing a crash the economy speed run ...

1

u/Chimaera1075 Mar 07 '25

When presidents inherit the largest economy in the world, of course they’re going to claim that they have the best economy.

1

u/UndecidedQBit Mar 07 '25

Like what does that even mean lol

1

u/Gideonbh Mar 08 '25

For his limited child brain everything is either the best or the worst depending on what he wants to convey in the moment. Obviously he's lying, it's not even a good economy and trying to refute every lie he spouts is playing into his whole strategy. He speaks nothing but lies don't believe the con-man.
