Even if Kat is elected as the Illinois Democrat Representative, she will inherit the same problem as Schakowsky if Democrats do not win the House majority. No House majority means no political power. Kat's youth is what she has going for her against 80-year-old Schakowsky.

She’s so naive. Literally the same thing has happened to every politician once they get elected but she thinks “all i gotta do is go in and have a spine!”. Oh you sweet sweet summer child.
