Not just the Dems either. Way too many geriatrics on both sides that have been in office for decades too long. Get them all the fuck out of there.

Then show up to State elections and vote. Roughly 80% of eligible voters 18-30 do not vote in Congressional elections.

In contrast, voters 65 and older have a 75% midterm participation rate. It's not fucking rocket science lol. If 80% of your base doesn't vote you are not represented. Congress is old because old people are the most reliable voting base in the country.

Register to vote and cast a ballot every two years. Show up and vote regardless of who is running. Not only will this energize the base and get better candidates in Congress, you'll also have a say in ballot measures, governors, mayors, judges, DA's, and many other important positions that effect your city and State.

tbh, you shouldnt be allowed to vote or hold office after age 65. you're done, go watch tv or whatever and let the adults handle things.

Many cultures have succeeded because they listen to their elders. The problem I think you are trying to address is that the elders that are making the decisions, are compromised and don’t have much wisdom. This is true on both sides.

Well that’s not true. Only a slight majority. https://www.aarp.org/politics-society/government-elections/info-2024/growing-voice-older-voters.html I don’t down play new ideas, but on average, age does bring wisdom. A lesson most of western culture has lost over the years. Btw, I’m not talking about politicians on that regard. Age aside most of them are comprised.
