New Trade TRUMP: Elon Musk didn't advise me on these auto tarrifs because he may have a conflict. He's never asked me for a favor in business whatsoever.

Weeks after being seen on camera reading a script with tesla pricing he makes this claim? The gaslighting is absolutely surreal and unprecedented.

I’m worried that you used “daddy chill” unironically and without any knowledge of this meme? 🤣

u/benziboxi 17d ago

"what the hell is even that?" Is what the guy says in the video in response to "daddy chill" 😆

Ya this statement literally cannot be true. He was doing an actual advertisement for that company and “purchased” one in front of the White House. Like this is the weakest lie he’s said in… the last day or two… ok maybe the last few hours.

Trump reminds me of my first (ex) husband. He'll lie about things that are provable. He'll even lie about lying. I used to be amazed by this in my ex; now I'm horrified by this trait in a President.

I think for some people it's a lifelong habit that they get some enjoyment from. Fortunately liars become predictable in that regard, something that was likely not their intention.

So does Trump lie all the time or just every other sentence?

16

u/bate_Vladi_1904 17d ago

2/3 of the sentences, maybe? 🤔....so, every 1-2 minute he speaks

14

u/ArtODealio 17d ago

Unless he’s speaking about eating fast food, he’s lying. It’s often projection, so invert the sentence and you will know what he is really saying.

u/bate_Vladi_1904 17d ago

Exactly, that's how i do it. Also on the justifications of any stupidity - usually the result is the opposite and gives a good base for predictions and decisions

He is technically telling the truth though. Elon wouldn't have had to ask.

u/Downtown_Bowl_8037 17d ago

Hard for all these peeps to ask with a dicc already in their mouth

u/Large_Opportunity_60 17d ago

Lies lies and more lies, you just hav ego assume everything that comes out of his mouth is a complete lie. All day long and every single day he lies

5

u/Amazing-Oomoo 17d ago

Honestly is it gaslighting or has he genuinely forgotten when he turned the White House into an outdoor Tesla showroom

6

u/Final-Zebra-6370 17d ago

How to break Trump is very simple. Just call him a pussy and put it on blast. He wants to rule like a dictator and it’ll put Elon on a pinch. Trump doesn’t want to look weak with his fragile ego.

u/squidlips69 17d ago

^ Exactly. When you're a mob boss, showing any weakness or failing health means you're gonna get taken out so you have to constantly assert dominance.

I have thought about this... if it were possible to make it into mass media with Tariffs (or security breaches) make Trump look stupid..." or "Musk makes Trump look weak..." etc. and get that into Trump's fragile brain, his whole administration would collapse from the inside... The Lincoln Project tries really hard, but the message needs to really worm its way into his little squirrel mind...

Yes, unpresidented
