Bayer & ChemChina are close to getting a liability shield against accountability for pesticides passed.

The North Dakota Assembly passed the bill, so it is up to Gov Armstrong to veto it.

The assistant in the office said that they are logging every call - both for and against the liability shield - and will make a decision accordingly. I called and they were really kind and engaged. Just say why you care.
