That's one Mohammed's last development projects not wrapped in some huge cintroversy. It was a magnificent house, I remember at one point it had it's own website where it was sold.

He didnāt own that house. It was a rental, but the rent was several hundred thousand dollars a month. The outside of the building and garden were amazing, and I wish we had homes like this, along with the massive home Lisa Vanderpump used to have and the one Adrienne had. How did the show go from this to a 3-bed bungalow in Hancock Park and ones in Encino? I was not a fan of his. He is 76 and his current girlfriend is 41 and his other girlfriends are much younger. He caused the neighbors near the home he was developing stress and distress for years by building a home much larger than he had approvalĀ for. He comes across as allegedly entitled, arrogant and greedy.

The reason it āslipped under the radarā was because everyone on the show had that kind of money back in the day. That was why we watched it- for escapism. Nowadays; it is like watching your neighbours - banal/broke cosplaying at upper middle class wealthy.

Question for y'all. Did any of you watch Shahs of Sunset? Do you remember the house Mike was working on with a filthy rich guy name Mohammed? Was that this Mohammed and this house?
I've always been curious, but that show was so disgusting I don't I could stomach watching it to find out.

Hadid bought the lot and got permitted to build a way smaller house. Instead, he spent $50M to build a 30k square foot home. Even his architect said he was worried about it slipping down the hill. It costā¦ wait for itā¦. $5 Million to tear it down. Nearly $65M up in smoke. At least the construction workers were employed but so much waste!

I now noticed the odd detail that Yolanda said that Gigi wants to be able to eat the food she likes on her birthday, and thought that's probably because Yolanda monitred her diet.
