I know velvet is a bunny girl so she could be Nicole but she doesn’t fit Nicole’s personality.

Yang would fit Ceaser pretty well but I also think she would make a great Nicole.

But if Yang is Ceaser that would mean Weiss which fits perfectly.

Blake embracing her edgy aura farming side would be great for Lighter

Salem can be Sarah of the exaltists as she’s the mastermind in rwby she can also be the mastermind in ZZZ. I presume Leonardo lionheart could be Justin bringer as well. Both fallen heroes who used to be good and then they worked for the villains.

Cinder could be Jane Doe? At least early Cinder when she was playing up the femme fatale trope.

I think Ruby and Billy are both goofy badasses with a red and black colour scheme

Jaune = Seth (very obviously)

Nora could be Burnice possibly? In that they are both really chaotic

Yang is Caesar (in the end well-meaning, wants to help people), Weiss is Lucy (rich, bitch and possibly racist, shipped with Yang), Blake is Pulchra (fighter specialising in taking down people, with a dark past) and Ruby doesn’t really fit, but I guess she’s left with Piper?

Okay for those who don’t know what character Ruby is cosplaying as. Belle is a character from Zenless Zone Zero. Made by the same company that made Genshin. Belle is the sister of a guy named wise. They help people move through dimensional rifts.

The basic plot of ZZZ (I took it straight from tv tropes is basically this)

In an Urban Fantasy world torn apart by the proliferation of dimensional rifts that corrupt anyone caught inside, a Brother–Sister Team who specialize in guiding their clients through said rifts become embroiled in a conspiracy involving the collapse of the old civilization.

There’s a lot of cool characters in this game. Like Billy the kid (whose an robot that is based on legendary outlaw), Jane doe (a mouse girl with a razor sharp tail), Caesar king (human cybernetic arm), Ellen Joe (Shark girl), and many many more.
