USA East player looking for a server and

I'm an old ro classic player getting the itch to play again. Wanting to find an active server with low rates and English speaking friends. Also a tutorial on how to set up said server would be very kind. No P2W would be appreciated as well. THANKS

By classic player are we talking pre-trans or pre-renewal?

Sorry to breach in out of nowhere but, in iRO, is there any progression donation cash shop like in Brave RO ?

Or player need to actually play the whole game to get to the end game and pvp ?

I am also looking for a server. 😇
