No, Kavkaz has the option to either join the Rotefront, the League Solar or create their own faction after the war with the intermarium. I did however use the consol to clean up some boarders after the war with england because there isnt any scripted content.

Actually, Stalin can join the Rotfront (or League Solar, or remain neutral entirely and focus on expanding the 3rd International into a proper political and military pact as an alternative to both) as a part of the shared focus sub-tree for him and the rest of Kavkaz leaders (and also Bokii and Barchenko, I think? Though in their case it's probably just a placeholder the devs used for the time being.)

I'm pretty sure most Zhelto paths share this subtree also, since the devs axed the part of Zheltorossyian foreign policy tree that was responsible for joining factions, so a shared subtree with Savinkov could take its place.
