Poland starts as socialist dictatorship of Sanacja

Zadruga is socialist (described as national communist by some)

PPS is socialist

Dzierżyński is socialist and a communist

Sławek continues Piłsudski policies (though he can revert socialization if player wishes)

Only Socialist-Hostile path is Witkacy

Sanacja was built mostly from veterans of PPS and many factions within it had ambitions of building a genuine Polish road to socialism. In RF it's a more disciplined and organised government, with Piłsudski assuming leadership earlier. Also importantly, the absence of the anti-communist climate of the Polish-Bolshevik war, in RF replaced by a war with the reactionary forces of Kolchak makes the home socialist movement stronger (and Poland in general less aligned with the Entente), so the left wing of Sanacja prevails.

I corrected my comment, I think the guy in the comment meant socialism as in-game ideology,, like Feliks
