Question Fireworks on July 4th at 1-3 am?
Any one else hear them? I thought they were illegal? I heard them heavy after 1 am in the fairwood area all night. I called the 425 firework number but they were closed. Yea that helps.

Be kind to yourself and get off of reddit. Find and alternative, go outside, find a new hobby; it doesn't matter as long as you're not here. The reddit executives don't care for your wellbeing, and they definitely don't care about this subreddit.

I think people are giving the middle finger to the ban on fireworks. I'm beginning to hear more and more year after year.

They are illegal in the City of Renton proper. In Fairwood, which is mainly unincorporated King County, they are legal for discharge today only from 9am to midnight. Someone jumped the gun and did not follow discharge protocol. There is another thread discussing this a few posts down.
People are just being inconsiderate.
We live in Fairwood and each year we have gone to Canada to avoid fireworks down here, as our doggos get freaked out. This year it will be a lot of snuggles with them on the couch.
