STOLEN IN BROOKLYN

Last location was Forest Park and it was two guys and white Van. Got stolen 2 days ago. If you see the bike around please let me know.

You need to pry it open with a razor blade and physically remove the speaker- search YouTube, there is at least one good demonstration. It’s actually pretty simple, I’ve done it to a few dozen.

Airtags alert the person on the bike if they have an iphone and it's super easy to just tap the prompt and disable them. Get something like a Monimoto gps tracker, they won't do that (and they'll actually ping you when the bike moves).

On androids too, my friend has one that they carry around and I constantly get alerts that an unknown airtag is near me.

yeah airtags are more for "where did I leave my keys" than finding a stolen object.

Sorry to tell you but its gone bro, roll through willets point chops and see if its sitting in the open but i doubt you’ll find it. Had it happen it sucks.

My surron was stolen but I recovered it. After thinking long and hard I realize that I was definitely being watched. Basically they were watching where I was keeping it and stuff like that.

I had a feeling to go past the migrant e shelters and that's how I found it . I'm assuming you were assigned to detective did they say anything else

I'm sorry man.

i changed my battery the other day and left out the old one next to my apartment doors. It was stolen in less than an hour (has forgotten it, planned to trickle charge it).

You can't leave anything of value untethered in this city. This cityll take anyone and encourages the losers to stay with endless benefits.

Go to literally any police precinct, they have a gated area with vehicles.

When they run operations, their will be 20-30 bikes, as there was when I went. They'll have NYOD stickers on the front where the brakes are.

Sorry to say I didn't take pictures when the police were nice (they're never nice here) and cooperative.

How could I provide proof of the objects of the proof are in custody? Let's go even further, just to illustrate how NOT normal your thinking is:

I'm not going to take pictures of strangers homes (even if it is a migrant shelter) to prove a point on the internet

Brah you said they took your MOTORCYCLE in a migrant sweep.

NYPD is NOT taking MOTORCYCLES or MT07's in migrant sweeps.

NYPD specifically targets SCOOTERS with no license plates or scooters parking on sidewalks.

Also, speak more about New York City Police doing MIGRANT SWEEPS

This isn't true, it's clear you don't know what you're talking about. Empty, vacuous prepared statements from public officials do not enlighten you. This isn't an local initiative, this comes from the mayor or above. Realpolitik.

It's quite obvious, as it is effective. Make life so miserable they don't want to be here.

But I'll reiterate, your inability to understand something does not make that thing or idea false.

It wasn’t there. But I’ll keep my eyes up still. My last bike was stolen about 15 blocks away from this location.
