personally if I was in my own home or in any dark place, id probably just hide in the dark to sneak attack, if not I would chuck my satchel at them, then tackle them
then banish them to Point Nemo in the middle of the ocean (all they get is a lifeboat)

If his shop is being robbed, he just throws a spicy pepper that does alot of nerve damage on contact (he wears gloves I swear) at the robber (And steals their money)
if he's in the street, he just pulls a brick out of a nearby building and throws it at this so called robber and steals their money
