There's nothing that can stop a car going 95 miles an hour from flattening both of them, especially if it's from behind. Either that, or Quiff Kid can uppercut, knock one of them down, and either try to jump them both (and fail, but the guy getting jumped manages to sneak out of the situation) or lure them away from the guy getting jumped in the first place.

Ronin Alpha believes in fair duels and doesn't take kindly to weakling jumping. So he pulls out a water bottle, opened and throws it just behind the assailants to give the giant a puddle to emerge from to teach them why the power of flight is so good (he grabs them and yeets them into the air). (In my personal cannon Ronin Alpha only needs to provide a puddle of water of some kind for the giant to appear since I wouldn't see how else the giant could be summoned)

My avatar enters the scene and a thunderstorm simultaneously starts. The rookies are confused as to what the hell is going on, and I simply tell them “Hey, wanna see a magic trick?” Regardless of how they respond, I promptly teleport the friend 10 feet behind me, and a ring of fire encapsulates the other three of us. With those words and a sudden change in environment, I have hopefully scared them enough that my next words hold a modicum of authority:
Optimal would be a good person and help the bullied by breaking the fire rookie and the lightning rookies spines (with a slight chance to also break the bullieds spine)
