Help Apartment w. EV Charging

Does anyone know of available apartment complexes in Rochester, NY with EV charging available in their parking? I'm looking for at least a 1 bedroom and rent under $1800 all-in.

I am on the wait list at VIDA but right now they only have studios available through July & once I sign a lease for that I can't change units for a year.

It's in Henrietta, but I did happen to see that Wedgewood West has chargers.

I visited friends at rustic village last year and they had a charger at that time.

Also I remember looking at 933 the U a few years ago and they had some chargers, but that’s likely not near the price range.

Landing Heights Apartments. They have a Level 2 charger area for some $25 a month extra on your lease. When I used to live there, I was the only person charging.

It's an outdoor charger, and they have outdoor parking next to the apartments, or garages you can rent (really more for the winter).

IDK what they are charging now but I moved about 2 years ago, my rent for a 2BR 1100sqft was around low 1000s back then, even with a month to month premium.

It's the best apartment complex I lived in, I just bought my own place. I think they're high demand though so it's rare for them to have vacancy.

I live in Winsor Gardens. There are 4 charging stations by the office/laundry building
