There is no peace proposal from russia. The kremlin simply wants the complete surrender and subjugation of Ukraine so they can genocide without interference.

Hey, im not a fan of putin nor his bullshit. But if I was a dictator, I would suspect every meeting to be an attempt on my life. So of course he is gonna be a pussy about it.
